Anthropic has released an open-source blueprint called commerce-agents, providing a reusable framework for shopping and merchant agents across retail, travel, telecom, and entertainment sectors. The blueprint includes a shopping agent for customer interactions and a merchant agent for store staff, both deployable on multiple platforms using the Claude API.
