Baidu Completes Hong Kong Shift to Dual-Primary Status

Baidu has converted its Hong Kong listing from secondary to dual-primary on September 1, 2026, making it dual-listed on Hong Kong's Main Board and Nasdaq. The shares remain interchangeable across both markets, and Baidu must now comply with all relevant Hong Kong listing rules for dual-primary issuers.
