Firmus Signs OpenAI as Anchor Customer for Malaysian AI Factories

Firmus Technologies and OpenAI have formed a multi-year partnership with OpenAI as an anchor customer for Firmus' AI Factory sites in Malaysia, expanding Firmus' contracted capacity beyond 900 MW and extending its Asia-Pacific footprint. The collaboration involves deploying NVIDIA's Vera Rubin platform integrated with Firmus' HyperCube infrastructure to enhance AI compute capacity in the region.
