Foxconn now makes more money from AI servers than from everything else combined

Foxconn's cloud and networking division, focused on AI servers, generated 51% of its revenue in Q2, surpassing its consumer electronics segment for the first time. The company's net profit rose 35% year-over-year to $1.86 billion, driven by strong demand for AI infrastructure. Despite growth, Foxconn's market share in high-end AI server racks is expected to decline due to customers diversifying suppliers and standardizing hardware.
