Google’s map of every possible DNA typo could speed up rare disease research

DeepMind has released AlphaGenome Atlas, a comprehensive dataset predicting the impact of every possible single-letter DNA change, covering coding and non-coding regions. Validations with UK Biobank and Broad Institute data show its potential to identify disease-linked variants. The dataset is free for academic use, with commercial access planned via Google Cloud.
