French President Emmanuel Macron and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi have personally engaged with tech CEOs to secure massive AI infrastructure investments. Macron secured a €75 billion data center deal with SoftBank, while Modi obtained $48 billion from Amazon for AI and cloud expansion.
