Reddit may cut Google off from its content, and it isn’t the only one

Reddit is reconsidering its content-sharing deal with Google, which allows Google to use Reddit posts to train AI, due to declining referral traffic and revenue. Other publishers like USA Today and Politico are also evaluating their partnerships with Google amid reduced click-through rates caused by AI-generated summaries on search results.
