Salesforce closes Fin and eyes $2bn Listen Labs, Business Insider reports

Salesforce finalized its $3.6bn acquisition of AI customer service company Fin, which serves over 30,000 clients. Concurrently, Salesforce is negotiating to buy Listen Labs, an AI-driven customer research startup, for about $2bn, though talks are not yet complete.
