South Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT plans to request a record 29.6 trillion won budget for 2027, focusing on AI, semiconductors, and future technologies including space and bio tech. The budget includes 9.4 trillion won for AI transition and 12.38 trillion won for other growth drivers.
